Where is my data stored?
Wherever your rules require. You choose the deployment — your own cloud, our managed hosting, on-premise, or sovereign infrastructure — so your data resides in the location and under the governance your policies and your country call for.
Who can access my data?
Only the people and processes that genuinely need to, limited to what each task requires, and every access is logged. The default is least-privilege — narrow, accountable access rather than open-ended reach.
How do you keep the AI safe?
On anything that matters, a person reviews and approves before AI output reaches you. The AI shows its sources, says when it's unsure, and passes safety checks before it surfaces anything — with caution as the default.
Can we self-host or run it on our own infrastructure?
Yes. The same software runs on your cloud, on-premise, or on sovereign and government systems, so the most sensitive deployments can keep everything inside your own walls and under your control.
What about compliance and certifications?
We build for data-protection and industry-grade privacy expectations and align with the standards your sector relies on. We're honest about it — we tell you what we're built for and aligned with, and never claim a certification we don't hold. Ask us and we'll share where things stand.
How do I report a security or privacy concern?
Reach our team directly and tell us what you've seen. We take reports seriously, respond promptly, and keep you informed — responsible disclosure is welcome, and concerns reach a real person, not a dead end.
