Solutions / AppCare
One record. AI that supports, people who decide.
AppCare brings a patient's whole medical history into one record across every provider, gives clinicians AI support that a human always signs off, and gets insurance claims paid faster — built to work with national health systems, not around them.
Human-gated by design · a clinician approves every clinical decision.
Suggested follow-up and a draft note, prepared for the care team to review. reviewed & approved by a clinician
Care is fragmented — and patients carry the gaps.
"Every clinic holds a different piece of my history, and none of them talk."
Records scattered across providers mean repeated tests, missed context and slower care.
"AI tools that decide for the doctor scare us — and rightly so."
Clinical judgement can't be handed to a machine; safety means a human stays in charge.
"Claims take weeks, get rejected, and someone has to chase every one."
Manual paperwork between providers and payers delays care and ties up staff.
One record, AI support, a human in charge.
Bring the record together
A patient's history from every clinic, hospital and pharmacy comes into one place — portable, with the patient's consent, across providers and borders.
AI supports the clinician
The platform drafts notes, surfaces context and flags safety checks — then waits. Nothing clinical is acted on until a person reviews it.
A clinician decides & the claim moves
The care team approves the decision, and the insurance claim is prepared and submitted in the same flow — less chasing, fewer rejections.
Built around the outcomes care teams care about.
One complete record
A single, patient-owned record that follows the person across every provider — so clinicians see the full history, not a fragment, and patients stop repeating themselves.
AI clinical support, human-gated
Draft notes, suggested follow-ups and safety checks prepared for the care team — but a clinician reviews and approves every clinical decision. The machine never decides alone.
Faster insurance claims
Claims are prepared, checked and submitted in the same flow as care — fewer manual errors, fewer rejections, and less time chasing payers.
Cross-border portability
A record that moves with the patient between facilities and across borders, so care continues wherever they are — with consent at the centre.
Interoperable by intent
Built to work with national health systems and existing facility tools rather than replace them — designed to connect, not to lock anyone in.
Built for trust
Health-grade privacy, patient consent and a full record of who saw what and when — the safeguards patients, providers and regulators expect.
"The AI helps. The clinician decides. Always."
AppCare is being built with care teams and health systems before launch, so the platform earns trust the only way it can — safely, in the open. (Pre-launch; we'll publish named pilot outcomes as deployments mature — never invented numbers.)

The things care teams ask us first.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. AppCare's AI prepares draft notes, suggestions and safety checks, but every clinical decision is reviewed and approved by a clinician. The human gate is mandatory — the machine never decides alone.
Who owns the patient's record?
The patient. The record follows the person across providers with their consent, and there's a clear, auditable trail of who accessed what and when.
Will it work with our existing hospital systems?
It's built to interoperate — to connect with national health systems and existing facility tools rather than replace them. The aim is to fit your system, not lock you in.
How does it help with insurance claims?
Claims are prepared, checked and submitted in the same flow as care, which reduces manual errors and rejections and cuts the time spent chasing payers.
Is patient data handled safely and sovereignly?
Yes. Health-grade privacy, patient consent and full access records are core to the design, and AppCare can be deployed sovereignly so data stays where it must.
When can we use it?
AppCare is pre-launch. We're opening a small number of pilots with providers, payers and ministries now — request a pilot and we'll talk through fit and timing.
